Welcome to Buy Sell Cars Zimbabwe. By accessing or using our platform at buysellcars.co.zw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
To list vehicles or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Our platform serves two categories of users: individual sellers and dealerships. Individual sellers may list up to 2 vehicles. Dealerships may list vehicles according to their subscription plan limits. Misrepresenting your user category is a violation of these terms.
All vehicle listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with our Listing Policy. You must have the legal right to sell any vehicle you list on our platform. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
Dealership accounts require an active subscription to list vehicles. Subscription fees are processed through Paystack, our payment partner. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may not use our platform to list stolen vehicles, post fraudulent or misleading listings, harass other users, distribute malware or spam, or engage in any activity that violates Zimbabwean law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, design, and technology on buysellcars.co.zw is the property of Buy Sell Cars Zimbabwe. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as vehicle photos and descriptions) but grant us a licence to display and distribute that content on our platform.
Buy Sell Cars Zimbabwe is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicles listed on our platform. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions conducted through our platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
